Salary: CAD $60,000 – $90,000 annually plus performance incentives

> Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote hearing technology solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, healthcare providers, and distributors.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare performance reports.

> Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and relationship management abilities.
